Made from Buffalo milk this Mozzarella is a white soft cheese, formed into a ball, with a high moisture content and packed in brine to keep it fresh. A nice fresh taste and texture and can be used for cooking or eaten in salads etc. However Mozzarella Filante is more often used in cooking as it has a more compact texture.
