Petit Jurrasic


About this product

Petit Jurrasic is made in a cheese dairy in a village in the Jura Mountains. The special rind is made according to an old home recipe. The cheese matures for at least 8 months in rock cellars, the rind is treated regularly. An aromatic cheese with a very soft fruity taste.  A milder, sweeter version of Comte.
