Gorgonzola Cremeux is a wonderfully buttery also crumbly salty blue cheese from Italy.  Matured for 3-4 months this cheese is made from cow's and goat's milk this blue veined cheese can also give a nice "bite"  The height of good taste.  Handcrafted in Lombardy, Italy.  The Crumbly Cheese says this cheese is simply stunning!!
