About this product

Cambozola is a cow's milk cheese which is easily described as a combination of a French soft ripened Brie cheese and Italian Gorgonzola.  The cheese originates from Allgau in the southern German region of Swabia.  Here at The Crumbly Cheese we like to use Cambozola as a starting point for those looking to try blue cheese for the first time, with its soft subtle delicate flavours, whats not to like?
