Montagnola is a soft, blue veined German cheese which has an edible grey rind.  Made by the same people that make Cambozola, Kaserei Champignon, in Algau Southern Germany.  This current year's supreme champion at Nantwich International Cheese show.  A new favorite for The Crumbly Cheese customers.
